Velkommen til CykelCafe i Fællesværket på Telefonfabrikken – Gladsaxe Kulturhus

CykelCafeen is a local meeting place that supports you in your cycling life - helping you solve your cycling problems and get even more enjoyment out of your bike. Whether you want to repair it yourself or need professional advice, you are always welcome to stop by. CykelCafeen is a well-equipped do-it-yourself bicycle workshop. You can use the workshop during our opening hours, where experienced cycling enthusiasts are also present to help. A good place to meet if you want to try to:
- Changing a tube or patching a puncture
- Borrow tools for major repairs.
- Get guidance as you work.
- get the bike ready for the season – lights, chain, tires, reflectors…
IMPORTANT: CykelCafeen is a 'do-it-yourself' workshop. Our volunteers guide and give good advice, but they do not repair your bike for you. You are supposed to do the work yourself. Write suggestions or questions on our Google Form: https://forms.gle/HkGMbQWdfsYZPtcVA Use of CykelCafeen and advice is free.
Opening hours
We are open twice a month, Tuesdays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Cancellations may occur. Therefore, always check the calendar below to make sure we are open.
If you want to add CykelCafé's event calendar to your own Google Calendar, you can do so via this link:
Access to Bike Cafe
Next to the main entrance of the Telephone Factory there is an entrance on the right where you can bring bicycles. A red flag is displayed during opening hours. Do not enter through the main entrance, but instead enter through the door along the wall.
Address: Telefonvej 12, 2860 Søborg

Practical information
In addition to a workshop area with good bicycle tools where you can repair or service your bicycle, we will offer workshops with themes such as spring preparation of the bicycle, bicycle lights and other topics for which we would like to receive suggestions. We are impartial and voluntary and not in competition with bicycle mechanics, bicycle dealers or shops. We do not have spare parts, tires, tubes, chains and the like - you have to purchase these yourself from one of the shops, but we are happy to help with advice on purchases. We hope there will be a good exchange of experiences and are happy to share our advice as long-time cyclists.
